This is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter the Buyer) and gunpoint-3d.com. By purchasing a model, a "one-year membership" or downloading a free model from gunpoint-3d.com (hereinafter the models), the Buyer accepts the following conditions:

1. The models could be used by the Buyer and at the Buyer's discretion, in any way, which excludes redistribution of the models' 3D geometry. The Buyer acquires the copyright to any derivative works created using the models, provided none of the original materials can be extracted from the Buyer's derivative work by any means.
   • The models' 3D geometry could be contained in a software application like an electronic game, so long as the model data resides in a way that excludes the ability to extract or recompile the model.
2. The Buyer may not make the models available to other individuals (who are not engaged in your project that requires them to have an access to the models) in any way, including exposition in a wide area network, a publicly accessed local network, a computer, or a computer storage device. When allowing others to access the models, the Buyer is fully responsible for any misuse of the models' files.
   • The models downloaded from gunpoint-3d.com as free COULD be exposed on other websites on the following conditions:
   1. There is a clear indication of the model's origin (gunpoint-3d.com) with a link to http://gunpoint-3d.com in immediate proximity to the model’s reference on the site;
   2. The site has a license agreement, which prescribes to obey this and the above rule to anyone who downloads the model from the site with intention to place it to a third site.
3. The Buyer may not make available to others the gunpoint-3d.com website's download area from the Buyer's computer (or the Buyer's user profile) while the Buyer is logged in on gunpoint-3d.com.

License termination

The Buyer may terminate this license at any time by destroying all the files and copies of the models downloaded.

Gunpoint-3d.com may terminate this license if the Buyer fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon such termination, the Buyer agrees to destroy all the copies of the models.

The license termination does not entitle to refund.

Refund Policy

In the event the Buyer is not satisfied with the purchased models, a refund may be issued. Refunds will be issued only after the Buyer has communicated with gunpoint-3d.com to resolve issues or problems related to the models purchased.

Refunds will only be issued within 7 days from the date of purchase.

If a refund is issued, the Buyer is responsible for deleting all the files and copies of the models downloaded. The Buyer does not acquire a copyright to any derivative works created using the refunded models.

Download availability

Gunpoint-3d.com will make the purchased models' files available to the Buyer to download at any time. There is no expiry date for the download. Though, gunpoint-3d.com does not guarantee the files to stay exactly identical to the version downloaded by the Buyer, so long as the models may be subjected to improvements.
